Charlie Rosenberg serves as the Vice President of Commercial Assets and Leasing for Fred Leeds Properties, supervising a vast portfolio of over 2 Million square feet of retail and 5,000 apartment units spanning California, Arizona, and New York.

 

In his role, Charlie leads the company's endeavors in commercial leasing, portfolio management, and ground-up development/construction of both commercial and residential properties. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg spearheads Fred Leeds Properties’ acquisitions and dispositions.

 

With his exceptional real estate acumen and distinctive approach, Charlie Rosenberg brings remarkable efficiency and delivers outstanding results to the company and its partners. His proven track record, coupled with his tenacity and drive, enables him to negotiate and successfully close challenging and intricate lease and sale transactions with national and regional retailers, corporations, non-profits, and other entities - frequently turning a “no” to a “yes.”

 

Furthermore, Mr. Rosenberg represents third-party clients in commercial leasing; acquisitions and dispositions of retail and multifamily property; as well as retail, office, and multifamily property management. His clients highly value his prompt follow-up, meticulous diligence, operational efficiency, methodical underwriting, out-of-the-box marketing techniques, in-depth market understanding, and ability to navigate complex matters.

 

Charles Rosenberg embarked on his real estate career at the remarkable age of 16, securing his first internship at Keller Williams. Continuing his pursuit, he commenced his education at the USC Marshall School of Business at the age of 17. By the time he turned 18, he began managing his first property, the Beverly Hills Medical Tower in West Los Angeles; through strategic leasing and effective management, he transformed the property into a Class A building, significantly boosting the NOI (Net Operating Income) by over 50% within three years. At 19, Charles purchased his first property, yielding an extraordinary ROI (Return on Investment) of over 80% within two years. Since then, he and his wife, Alisa, have continued to acquire real estate in California and Arizona, which they manage through the FLPM office. 

 

Residing on the Westside with his wife, Alisa, and their daughter, Carolina Jeannette, Charles Rosenberg and his family actively engage in numerous philanthropic initiatives, with a particular focus on affordable housing.
