Overall responsibility is overseeing the property management operations. Jacqueline Kimaz oversees the property management operations of over 200 apartment buildings and over a 1,500,000 square feet of retail properties located throughout Southern California, Arizona and New York including more than 200 staff and fields employees.
Jacqueline has over 18 years of experience with Fred Leeds Properties. Her area of expertise include profitability, management and marketing strategy, internal auditing, budgeting and implementation of information systems. Her in-depth understanding of these specialized fields, combined with extensive experience in real estate enables her to accurately assess each client's unique needs and requirements.
